Ingredients:
1 cup crunchy Oats
2tbsp honey
1/4 cup dry nuts
1tbsp peanut butter
Time: 10mins
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together to make a dry mixture.
Wrap it air tight in a plastic foil and store it the deep freezer for 2-4 hrs or overnight.
Unwrap it eat it.
